Why were you banned?: Spamming chat.
Why should you be unbanned?: I've never been muted/gagged/silenced For a more petty Reason, This clearly has to do with the fact he dislikes me, He's constantly spamming/Audio and chats. I think this is beyond stupit, I wasn't even asked to stop, This is my first offence, But i constantly see seb spamming chats and no punishment is given, I don't see this to be fair In anyway sharp or form. I am now unable To speak/chat becuase Of the bull shit. Take a quick look at yourself, You just silenced me for spamming a chat, This is so dumb. I cant seem to fathom How stupit you must be, So your going to silence a whole server next time they spam?? If that doesn't happen that shows That you've Showed biased Towards me, Because you dislike me. I've never seen somthing more stupit then this. Thanks for your time, - wink

You were silenced because you relentlessly spammed chat while exploiting the fact that no staff were present to stop you. Without reference to your troublesome history regarding spam, the evidence we were provided shows that you spammed the same message 37 times. 2 of these messages were enough to fill the entire chat box. 37 is an optimistic estimate of how many times you've spammed this as the evidence was only able to show what was on their console at one time, without scrolling up.
This behaviour is unacceptable and warrants the punishment you've received.
Yes, this can be taken as an applicable precedent that we will mute/gag/silence anyone who demonstrates this level of disruption. Your actions diminished the experience of others and are of no benefit to anyone.
We can assure you that there is no bias in our decision, the chat spam shown in the evidence is unacceptable and a similar punishment has been given before to someone who has matched it. Namely, Coolabah.
You claim that Sebastian has done worse than what you have done. If this statement is true then I suggest you gather evidence and make a ban request.
Regardless, it shouldn't be difficult to understand that we don't tolerate this behaviour.
