Time of incident: Since unban tbh
Reason for the ban: Constantly being nazi and killing people for the smallest of reasons. Also being a massive dud.
A very clear indication he has learned nothing since being unbanned.

Hello Sebastian, I have carefully watched your videos and here's my verdict.
Video 1:
In this video, the order was to be at the start of obby and this order was reinstated multiple times throughout the video, and then for some reason at 0:14 in the video another CT gives the order "Get into medic." while another CT was trying to give the order, "Go to the start of obby." Even though these were conflicting orders you did fail to go both medic and start of obby. Hence it being none of Wink's fault for your death.
Video 2:
This was sorted by moose. Yes, Wink should've been slain, but Moose is a trial and he is learning. No further action is required.
Video 3:
The audio cut out for this clip, so I wasn't sure if there were orders given before cells opened (a CT opened early) so I watched the demo and there were in fact no orders before the cells opened which means that wink freekilled you here, but it doesn't look to me as it was intentional, and it would be a slay at most in-game. It was more fault of the CT who opened cells early. No action required
Video 4:
Although this was a dud effort to get the round going it is by no means even slayable let alone bannable. He was in sight of T's trying to hunt rebellers, and he wasn't confident to give orders and kill the rebellers with MS. So no action needs to be done here.
Video 5:
In this video firstly, you threw the nade to open the cells, and you delayed to get the smoke therefore you were KOS, Wink doesn't have to announce this. No action is required here.
Video 6:
Same for this one, it's not a nazi kill nor is it against the rules, because it's a blatant delay.
Conclusion
If you'd like to make a ban request in the future I encourage you to gather evidence that are done with intent because none of these are intentionally going against the rules and it looks like you're looking for tiny petty reasons to get him banned.
