CT Ban Appeal [Lachie(Cosmos) - Cosmos - 18-10-2018

Why should you be unbanned:
I would first like to start by saying thank you domination servers for lovely experience that you bring the players, I genuinely enjoy coming on this server to chill after a long day at work.
To begin the appeal I observed the evidence that was given to me by Jester and I found that this CT ban was not justified as the evidence supplied is inconclusive to the ban I received. I have never conspired to gun plant while on this server especially when I completely unaware that this ban had even taken place. To find out more about this situation I had to message "Jester" on discord to get the full story as to why I was CT banned and the conclusion that they came to is that I had taken place in a gun plant with a individual I have had no contact with ever; his account I find out to be named "Donzzz" after searching the CT bans previous to me. I was unacquainted about the situation taking place and at the time it occurred I wondered why I had an AK-47 in my inventory and thought a fellow terrorist must have dropped it. Looking over the evidence it is clear to me how this can be mistaken as a gun plant but me simply looking up as I strafe into the pit is just how I move around Counter-Strike: Global Offensive as I seem to emphasise my movements more than needed. My conclusion to the situation is that "Donzzz" the second party to the situation, was trying to gun plant the terrorists no matter what. I happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time to make the evidence supplied (demo) look like I was involved in this act of Rule Breaking (gun plant) even though this was not what I intended or had done at this current juncture.
I hope that this appeal helps prove my innocence and puts my reputation back on the straight and narrow, as I understand it is sometimes hard for moderators and administrators to judge a situation fairly and accurately. I would like to end by saying so far I have enjoyed my time on the server and would like to thank everyone for the experience on the server I have had so far it has been great and lastly I would like to thank all who read and look into this situation to better fairly judge me and the situation at hand.

Given the footage, its been decided that there is a degree of a reasonable doubt in relation to the "organised gunplant" your un-ban is appealed and Accepted.
This will not count as a Ctban given you do another CT offence.
