After speaking to the staff members involved it looks like this was an honest mistake resulting after Ozai accidentally res'd @all and mistook nebulas name for yours after you killed two ts in gunroom after being res'd. I have since explained the proper procedures as to what should happen were this to happen again. Please keep in mind Ozai got trial less than a day ago and does not yet know all of our procedures. Ozai also informed me that he contacted the player after the game to explain what had happened to which they made up with no hard feelings.
