If this evidence was recent, I'd likely give them a short ctban.
However, considering this evidence is from 10/20/2019 9:53:43 PM no action will be taken. You shouldn't be trying to get people banned for vent camps from over 500 days ago.
Make a new ban request with more information if I've somehow misunderstood.
