DENIED.
There were orders for spleef from where's marshall, you can hear them being given near the start of your video. You can see me heading to the entrance to spleef.
You and all of the people in medic were not following orders. Since there are so many people that hadn't heard the orders I'll recommend to Synnah that he at least attempts to restate the orders if there's an obvious mass misunderstanding.
