Add a no scope battle t vs cts - fwipper - 07-02-2021
Add a no scope battle t vs cts but its t(with lr) vs cts (all cts get a sniper) t gets 100 per ct (kinda like scout rebel but all the cts also get scout)

Possible to choose specifically which team lr? Kind like the rebel menu would be convenient to have. Better than being randomized and mfs wouldn't be foing backstab rebel everytime they get lr
