I have a really old map that I think could be fun for the community. It might not be up to date with the standards but if I edit it could it be put in the map pool? it was the very first map i have ever played on jb

+1 Used to play this iconic map years ago on BanHammer, loved the C4 toss ramp and knife arena area, would be cool to see it make some form of return.
Doesn't seem like it would be overly hard to retexture/delete map games to make it viable once again.

You could but you'd need to retexture everything to make it realistic as well as redo lighting because it's probably broken by now.
Don't bother asking the owner the map is around 7 years old he's probably moved on if he didn't want people to edit his map he would've put some protection on it.

alrighty when I get home from my holiday I will start on the map and try to get it up to standards
