Time of incident: last round on maximum about 6:40 PM AEST
Reason for the ban: Breaking rule 20 by making t's freeze for a reason that was not a gun check or a game and breaking it again by ordering ct's to kill t's who were moving around after we had been told to stay still for more then 20 seconds even after I had reminded him about this rule in voice chat.
