Seems like you've been banned a few times for cheating in the past, and had your bans lifted as your last chance considering you "don't cheat anymore" ..
But seeing that that account has since been vac banned you're gonna have to explain to me a little better how we can trust you not to cheat on the server again since this account has been linked to an old banned account of yours.
