the reason you were banned was because the ip you were using when joining the server was linked to several other banned accounts that were also using a vpn.
considering your current ip is different to the one that got you banned, im quite convinced you were using a vpn.

My bad, I believe what happened Is used my vpn to go on netflix and completely forgot to turn it off, then launched cs and played ds
and got struck by the ban hammer.
