He has also just been a massive dud in general. He has no microphone which has led to multiple freekills and rules being broken. I'm not going to be CTBanning Ice Wallow come for the following reasons: He is a relatively new player with only 19 hours on this account, so I hardly believe there is malicious intent in breaking the server rules. For most of the clip, there was only one other person active on the server, and then you joined shortly after. Adding to my previous point, it was 8:30AM AEST, there's hardly anybody on at this time, so he was possibly mindlessly messing around with the one other person on to kill the time. I simply believe that this was a new player unknowingly breaking the rules in the morning, so he will not be punished for his actions. Thank you anyways, Denied.
