Coolshot (STEAM_1:1:520584487) | Ban Request - gada - 30-04-2020 Name: Coolshot Steam ID: STEAM_1:1:520584487 Time of incident : ~3PM NSW 30/04/2020 and another minor freekill offense on 23/04/2020 (not sure of time) Reason for ban: DUD, Major dud, Prolonged gunchecks, Freekills Evidence: Lets start off with coolshots ban history: Coolshot has 8 CTbans, currently at his 5TH major dud ban. Take this into account with my evidence. Offense #1 Freekilling 3 people during a guncheck, prolonged guncheck, baiting This video demonstrates coolshot doing a guncheck for 60 seconds without pausing, violating the rule that if a guncheck goes over 20 seconds without pausing it is over. Coolshot is yelling and screaming amongst coast and others talking, making hearing "unstack" incredibly difficult to hear during the situation. Some may even need to rewatch the video to hear him say it.  You can see my annotations on the video for more information about the offense. I do not believe it is necessary to transcript that over onto the forum post.  coolshot did state "unstack" at the beginning of the guncheck, but I do not believe that counts 20-30 seconds more into the guncheck without a pause Offense #2 Minor freekill, killed a person who asked for cells way before the first map game because "it would be favouritism if he didnt" https://medal.tv/clips/23333213/d1337G5r4MCP I understand that this clip may seem to be taken out of context, considering it is a 15 second medal clip but the player in question, (as seen in the clip) was continuously asking for cells before 8, never to be let out until there is only 1 T remaining and coolshot simply kills him saying "it would be favouritism if he did not" I believe coolshot did this because he did not want to have to deal with his mistake of forgetting to let the t out of cells and would rather end the round. This is just an extra addition onto the main focus of the ban request, Offence #1 I am happy to clear anything up that needs to be or if you want to speak on discord I can. Thanks. RE: Coolshot (STEAM_1:1:520584487) | Ban Request - Anthonyy - 30-04-2020 Denied. First clip wouldn't warrant a CTBan. Yes there was a few dud accidents, nothing to warrant more than a slay/swap. The second clip from a week ago was only, as you said, a minor freekill. He would of been slayed at the time on the server. CTBans for freekills are only given out if it was intentional.
