Why should you be unbanned?: It has been boring the past few days playing without ds its boring and i really would like to play again, in future i will remember to keep lrs short for the amount of dead people waiting for the round to end.

This is you're second ban regarding this offence, Both of which note a repeated history.
I personally have punished you many times for repeatedly delaying in LR's and generally extending rounds for the sole purpose of pissing players who are dead off.
This kind of toxic behavior negatively reflects on our communities image and will not be tolerated.
With this in mind and the fact you have 750 hours numerous warnings, and 11 CTbans 2 of which are permanent bans tells me you have no interest in following the rules or respecting the player base, because of the above your request is

Wait out the remainder of your ban and remember once you are unbanned any further server bans you acquire may be a lot longer then you anticipate.
