Seems to me cells were already open as he went through, and the vents were already broken. Considering he didn't even kill anyone I won't be banning him.
You camping outside away from where you're supposed to be, way before Flanking had even come out, would be just as concerning..
Keep in mind if admins are on just use admin chat (@ in team chat) and it may be sorted out in-game.
