Hello there.
The image that you have posted is not enough evidence to warrant a ban. We'd need to understand the full context of the situation to tell if there was intent in the smoke or not. There may have been a possibility that the smoke was accidental, which doesn't warrant a CTBan in itself.
In the future, you can grab a demo using the demos section of the Portal: https://portal.dominationservers.com/demos, from there you can select the server (e.g Jailbreak #2 in your case), and find the time of when the incident occurred in QLD time.
You can then record the incident, and post a clip of it either as an attachment or on a video sharing service (e.g YouTube) and provide a link.
If you believe there was intent in h u n n CTsmoking you then you can repost a ban request with more evidence.
