This was your second attempt at ban evading your massy Perm ban. Considering you admitted to doing this to intentionally evade the ban I will not be unbanning you today. If you had not have evaded this ban twice by now you would be unbanned. Reapply in a month and we will reconsider this if you do not attempt to ban evade again.
