Why should you be unbanned:
I would firstly like to state that I believe my ban was incorrect and I am not admitting to cheating or anything along those lines. I was banned on the 19th of June at 11:34PM, which was roughly two and a quarter months ago. I'm unsure if you would still have the demo but from memory of the whole incident it started with a round where some of the T's ran into a small cage next to cells and then into a box with no clipping on Skylight. The CT's then proceeded to shoot at the T's through this box due to them going to this area instead of medic where they were instructed to go to. It was this round I realised this box had no clipping and people could hide in it. The following or, round after I shot at the box with an AWP when all T's were meant to be in medic and ended up killing Shane through the box, who was not meant to be there in the first place, (so it wasn't a freekill). I was then banned from the server roughly 20 minutes later after I assume Shane looked at demos and watched what seems to be me blatantly walling him, although this not being the case as I had just had the idea of randomly shooting the box in order to catch out rebelling T's a round or two prior. There is obviously no way to prove this as I had not shadowplayed this and have no evidence apart from my word and it matching up with demos.
At my time of being banned I had played roughly 42 hours across three different accounts. I was friends with some staff and was an active player of the server with no intentions of breaking any rules, which I had not broken prior to this ban supposedly for 'hacking'. During the past three months whilst I have been banned I have not used any of my alternate accounts to ban evade and instead gave it time to appeal my ban to let the situation settle instead of looking like I was aggressively going against an Administrators judgement, making this not an issue when I try to appeal in the near future.
After saying this I would like to say that in no way is Shane is a bad Administrator or bad at fulfilling his role in any way. He was just doing his job and from my perspective he made the incorrect choice, I have nothing against him he seems like a great guy.

Kon, because you have treated this situation so well, we have come to the agreement to unban you. Keep in mind we don't ban people lightly and if we catch any suspicious behaviour from you it won't just be shrugged off.
