This was your 2nd perma ctban after being let off the first one. You didn't care to change after you were given another chance, and i doubt that anything has changed now looking at your reason to get unbanned.
Seems like it all about you and what you want, but sorry to say this but we don't want you back on ct. Think you should have a continued think about why 'we' should give you another chance, considering you took it for granted last time.
