Reason for the ban: Not giving orders and getting his friend on T-Side to smoke other T's so they can practice movement on maps together.

I'm currently looking at this as I write this, if all possible, can you please provide round numbers for when these incidents occurred?
Okay, I'm going to deny this for a few reasons:
1) There is only three of you on the server, with the maximum throughout the demos being 5.
2) It's a time where the server population is expected to be low.
3) When looking at the demo, I noticed that for a few rounds, you decided to jump around with them as well, and then you started rebelling a few rounds in.
4) I did not find any evidence of him ordering a T to smoke other T's, when listening to the demos, since he barely said anything.
I would find it unreasonable to ban him for not giving orders since no actual harm was being done, and once again, there's literally only three people on when you claim most of these things happened. Once 5 people actually joined, he started giving actual orders.
