Why should you be unbanned?: He got medic and according to rule 48. You must also not use medic or gain health via map related medic stations during an LR or when an LR starts. So therefore I was allowed to shoot him and kill him because he broke rule 48.

He got medic due to the fact you knifed him in the back. He got medic because you already freewounded him in a non-combat LR which may involve fall damage.
Where is the rule that says players may freekill people for breaking rules again???
