Idk. The phrase “vent camp” needs clarification. He wasnt camping, he turned around when he heard you fall down. If it was me in xpays position, I would have just ran through, but that’s irrelevant unless it’s considered camping. But if he was sitting in the water for a longer period then what the demo showed, then that’s different.

The term vent camping doesn't need clarification its not hard to understand anyone waiting around for people to enter behind/leave vent that is not actively clearing is considered camping. In this case you edited too far forward so we cannot see the amount of time he spent in that spot so from your clip alone we cannot form an accurate decision but I am currently leaning towards Innocent.
Please post less edited clip for further analysis.
