Obscure names mean names that when said out loud sound like "all T's" (eg Oar Tease) or just "all Ts" is your name.
I dont know just dont change your name to stupid shit and have common sense. If an admin feels like your name is obscure we will ask you to change it. Or just rename you

It's not a hard question, does the server allow non-latin names or not.
Obscure is weird phrasing to describe it.
