Time of incident: Round 3 Revolution
Reason for the ban: Freekilling, dud, not watching t's etc.
He slayed next round but this is probaly like the 5th time hes freekilled since I got on (like 30 minutes or so)
He then complains about us telling him to slay and follows on to say "Its S2, we don't follow the rules on this server, if you care so much go to S1"
Speaks over warden with his shit mic aswell cant even hear what hes saying and its so annoying.

So if there are other incidents of him freekilling but not doing anything about it, why don't you clip those as well since you were already on the demo?
I didn't find the freekillings to be intentional as he was trying to shoot somebody who did come out of the pool area, and if he slayed next round which you both claimed he did, then I don't overly see a problem? He learnt his lesson, recognized his mistake, and he took himself out of the next round. I also found no evidence of:

He barely even talked in the clip, and when he did, he said he would slay next round.
I'm unable to check the Canyondam demo because it appears to be corrupted on my end, however, you should be taking more effort into gathering proper evidence, as your demo just ends towards the end of the video.
TL : DR; Not intentional, would most likely be a slay/swap if an admin was present.
