Details of the incident: I was freeslayed by Qazza for "supposedly" freekilling a player who was hiding in cells and was going to the opposite direction of the game. His excuse to this that he asked before the game was started. I stated that he was hiding in his cell as I have already double checked and cleared cells (this is something I do as most rounds as a CT, which in fact as been successful to no freekills for a few months - even this technique is performed by some of your ex-staff members) plus he was clearly bhopping towards the opposite direction (game was climb but he was bhopping towards the direction of gunroom, this would be painfully obvious in a killcam which in fact I doubt Qazza even checked, coming from his replies through admin chat which the logs should be checked to see the whole admin chat conversation and any killcam commands performed). Qazza ignored the statement of him hiding in cells and stated that there were 2 climbs (which any normal player knows, there is only ONE climb), which in fact I asked him if he meant the obby was climb and he said he considered it as the same... As well as this, obby is at the opposite direction of climb clearly from his minimap (and his other fellow teammates were also at climb).
Pretty sure a player with 200hrs would know where climb is, would know how to use a minimap to locate their other Ts and that climb is climb and obby is obby (https://portal.dominationservers.com/stats/profile/1283558 - player who I supposedly "freekilled")
Qazza was still in denial after all of my statements made in-game on admin chat and was told to stop "spamming admin chat" by himself and another staff member, when really - I was replying to his shitty rebuttals that makes no sense to any normal player. This really threw me off, knowing that I was 100% in the right, there were also a few other staff members reading the admin chat who intervened in a shitty matter which did not remediate the situation at all. This whole situation could've really been handled in a better matter if Qazza admitted to his mistakes instead of making several bogus statements, which caused it to go back and forth not trying to close the situation in a rude way "to not spam admin chat"

In light of your evidence and reflection on the incident, I believe I handled the situation slightly too rushed and missed a few key actions and steps that shouldve been taken to resolve and determine a correct response to the killing of the player coming out of cells. In that it was most likely a free slay, and hope you'll forgive the mistake.
Secondly a minor point, when it comes to 'obby' not obby, 'climb'. I've heard many people call different map games different names and some call them the same names on different maps and the one in question, so just give people a little time once they come out of cells.
Thirdly, in your video it shows you checking the all chat to see where he asked for cells, keep in mind the all chat only shows a small record of the chat and sometimes you might have to look through the consoles chat logs to see if they ask for cells.
Lastly, hope there is no hard feelings and again I'll try to handle situations like this in future better and use this as a key learning experience for the future.
