Why were you banned?: My pc completely crashed and then when i logged back on i have a vpn thjat automatically turns on and i forgot to turn it off and the server looked at it as a dup account
Why should you be unbanned?: It wasnt a proper reason to be banned

You have been unbanned, I see you also connected to an alt account after you got banned which is ban evading. But since your ban is a false positive, I will let it slide, but do remember in the future that ban evading is not tolerated.
