Hello sir,
I appreciate the time you have put in to make this post, however a "time of incident" alone is not enough to go on.
May I suggest at a minimum, you include at least a round and a map. The best you can do is clip a video for us from the demos. (https://forums.dominationservers.com/showthread.php?tid=338)
