Thanks for your effort in this staff complaint. We've had a look at the demo and logs. We understand that our trial moderator didn't handle the situation correctly and we've talked to him about it. We also told him to stay off server 2 and play mainly server 1 with other staff members to ensure that he is monitored during his trial phase and any issues that occur there is a higher up there to help sort it out. To finish off I'd like to remind you that Cluby is a trial moderator. He is currently learning how to staff properly and this does take time. Situations like this are learning experiences for our trials. Thanks for understanding and we apologise for any inconveniences. Oh and you were delaying big time.
