Why should you be unbanned:
The reason I smoked synth was due to two reasons, firstly as he smoked another ct the round prior (missharry) secondly he was making the round very unplayable. He was not moving from the place the game was being played. I was the warden at the time, we where doing the rail to rail jump on Los Angeles, me with other cts were telling him to move after 30 seconds of telling him to move I smoked him for what I thought at the time was a good reason to do so. Note at this time he was not afk and was trying to shot the ts if they went an inch of the borders provided. Maybe the smoke was the wrong way to approach it, and my judgement of the situation was change by my frustration at the time. I understand my mistake but I ask the mods and admins to still give my staff application a chance and in this situation I was just trying to progress the round

It's not up to you to punish our players and it never will be.
The correct behaviour is for you to report the player either in discord or on the forums. I would think an aspiring staff member would be know this and be ready to do some ground work (ie watching, clipping demo). In some cases we dont act on CT smoking when it has a direct effect in preventing something like a massy.
As for your staff application we take all actions into account.
