???? the order was to go to the surf ladder if you had of stabbed the ct in question here and continued going to the surf ladder then yes it would of been 5-foot however you missed your first knife and looped back around to try and knife him again which is a delay and does not fall under the 5 foot rule

You delayed. you can have a go at knifing him once whilee moving to the destination. If you stop or try knife twice like you did it's not 5ft and it turns into rushing/delaying.
Denied, you need to learn the 5ft rule.
