Anthonyy said your ban will expire in a month , if you then proceeded to check on the portal you would find your ban expires on the 5th of November 2019, which is 2 days away.
Thanks for being so eager to play again and please remember you will be on a probation period meaning any malicious activity will lead to a permanent ban.
