Hi Garfield,
The linked evidence doesn't provide enough context of the smoke but i was able to find and watch the demo that proved it to be malicious and have ctbanned Rose. In the future, it's best to provide clips of the incident from the ct's pov and clip it from the demo if the original doesn't provide context.
