When timer reaches 8:00 (or 7:59) and the cells haven't been opened at least once, some Ts at random get 9000 health automatically (specifics to be discussed) to avoid CTs always leaving cells until 8:00 or after 8:00 because no admins are on and nothing will happen.

This will be heavily exploited as people will purposely leave cells open for 9k.
You're probably asking, why would the CT's would disadvantage themselves like that?
Because it's s2, nothing makes sense there.
