I want unban - TACO - 29-07-2018
Name/SteamID: TACO/STEAM_1:0:218441889
Sourcebans/ctban: 14 day jailbreak ctban
Reason for the ban: Unknown- i was ct banned for turning off the boxing game
Banning admin: nehpets
Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned as i didn't know how the boxing game worked so i think i accidentally turned it back on when trying to turn it off resulting in a T dying. Also i dont know what rule this breaks if any.

The ban must be removed if admin nehpets does not make a statement of truth swearing there is a ban reason and what that ban reason is. Until then the ban should be suspended.
The ban reason must be reasonable and if outside the normal banning procedures (which this case appears) the ban proposal should be held in front of a jury of players.
If the ban reason is still upheld at that time, the ban should be reviewed by a independent admin on the admin review team who has had sufficient training, including a course conducted by the Players Union.
Noted in that appeal should be the information that TACO is a regular player with general good standing within the community.
After such action if the decision is unfavorable to TACO there should be an option to appeal that decision with a full board of admin review officers with a full legal representation for player TACO.
Until the time of appointees to admin review board and said decisions including the possible lodgement of statement of truth from admin nehpets the ban should be suspended.

As a player of jailbreak it is very important that you obtain experience and knowledge whilst proactively looking and listening to your surroundings. If you do not know what a button does simply -do not press it. If a situation like this occurs again please use common sense and ask a fellow ct buddy or staff member what the specific button does before attempting. Thank you.

This is your 5th ban CT ban to date, 4 of which falls into the category of being a stupid CT/not knowing rules
and 1 of which includes a mass free-kill. You literally just came off your 4th ban today, which was Shaggy's
ban for deliberately free-killing in cells - refer to https://forums.dominationservers.com/showthread.php?tid=146.
This is evident that despite playing the server for well over a month, you still show that you have the inadequacy
to CT properly. All of your bans' durations have been shorter than the usual standard amount for the action you've
done, so it's time you get a longer ban and take this opportunity to stay on T and actually observe how to CT.
Plus, you either had the audacity to lie to Shaggy about being unaware of free-killing someone deliberately in cells,
then disconnecting but Shaggy provided clear evidence that you did, or you have the memory of a peanut, which
shows that if you can't even remember if you intentionally free-killed then obviously how can we trust you to learn
how to ever CT?
I'm going to deny this application, use this time to learn how to CT. Upon the expiration of this ban and in the events
of you demonstrating any signs of lack of rule knowledge or just plain stupidity, your bans' duration will continue to
exponentially increase. You won't have any problems as long as you learn how to CT properly.

I know others were stupid and un knowing but when i pushed the stop button nothing happened so i went of to the bell (i think it was a bell) and it turned it on so i quickly went over to the stop and it worked.
So if i accidentally freekilled someone instead would i have been banned for 14 days
And also the smoke what a missclick the massy was unbanned when i didnt even make an unban request the gun plant what unknowing and the freekill was a freekill
And the reaaon i was still in the room is because you typed friendly fire in chat or i was tripping balls
Do what yoy want now idc
