Why should you be unbanned:
I was playing on my alt account and massied at the time, my alt account is called "your friendly police officer" I admit to massying. I didn't realise I was banned and a couple hours later I was on this account and tried to play as ct. didnt realise i was banned sorry, can you please un permaban me and ban me for the same time i was for massying on my alt pls.

No, you have amassed 9 Ctbans Not including the duplicate bans that were removed.
You cannot just get away with massying on one account and then playing as though nothing happened on another account this is the definition of ban evading.
Do not reapply until after a week has past post the massy ban expiring
