Time of Incident: 29/08/19 - ~5:00pm NZST.
Server(e.g. JB1): JB1
Reason for the ban : Multiple instances of Freekilling, Shooting into crowds, Mass Baiting, Taking admin situations (or admin related problems) into his own hands, Possibly abusing slaying, Being a Dud (more minor infractions).

My reasoning behind the report:
(Quick disclaimer, Blunt already has a case for freekilling against him right now. As this is only a double freekill, it shouldn't be worthy of a ban, so I'll continue on here.)
The server demo attached here has clear evidence that Blunt has broken rules relating to the incidences described above. I'll just put them all in a list here:
- Freekilling: Blunt has freekilled various Ts over the duration of the map, and pushing it to the side claiming "The T gave me consent" or "I slayed so it's justified". In my eyes, freekills like this shouldn't be justified, as he intentionally and he should receive a full punishment for this as this happened over numerous occasions.
- Shooting into crowds: While trying to hunt down a micspammer (I'll get to that in a minute), Blunt shot into a crowd of Ts in a corner numerous times, freewounding innocent Ts and possibly freekilling them if my memory serves me right.
- Mass Baiting: There is at least one instance of Blunt doing the classic step in, step out bait, except that the Ts were in Medic, and he would kill anyone for not being on the back bed/bench. This is both a really fucking Nazi move and a clear bait.
- Taking Admin Situations into his own hands: I will admit, me and a few other Ts were micspamming in reaction to Blunts comments about "no admins no rules" and how much of a cunt he was being, if punishment comes out of this towards me, I will take full responsibility, as I had SLAM up and running during the map. Anyways - he has constantly stated the "Micspammers/Micspamming KOS" rule which to the best of knowledge, is not allowed under any circumstance. As stated before, he has shot into crowds to kill Micspammers, which possibly resulted in freewounds or a freekill.
- Possible Abuse of Slaying: I don't exactly know what the rules are about CTs slaying (outside of freekills, duh), but Blunt has slayed at the start of the round multiple times as the only CT, trying to annoy us.
- Being a general dud: Blunt has also baited T's countless times (trying to go into vents cell but getting backstabbed), failing to give proper demos to non-intergrated-map games (standing on the other rail, saying "that's your demo!", and expecting us to do the railing jump).
EDIT:
- Harassment: While these two screenshots may not be much at all: After posting this Ban Request, Blunt has been actively calling me out both in voice chat and in chat, calling me a nerd, braindead, etc. Just thought I would mention it.

Freekilling is a bannable offence, I don't understand where this connotation that we don't ban for single or even double freekills.
