Probation, reevaluation - Molesto (3) - 03-07-2019

Reason for ban: Failing my probation because i posted a loud video that hurt a senior admins ears.
Banning admin: Onionzzz
Reason for unban: I believe I should receive a new Probation, I'm extremely sorry for the wrong i have committed in the past, and I promise not to ever to repeat it again no matter what.
The explanation I would like to give for the loud video is that I thought the video was not "ear rape" because when I watched it it was normal volume for me and not very loud,
I had no clue it was "ear rape" loud and i had no intentions for hurting Winnies ears, affecting him, or hurting him in any way. I'm willing to do a evaluation to test if I have truly changed or not.
I'm truly sorry for what I have done and I was devastated when I failed my probation. If i fail my evaluation once more you can perm ban me no more unbans or anything I will never relate myself to Domination server or anything related to it, I swear to never show my face, and I will never come close to the Community this will be a moral code i will stick to no matter what.

Hi Molesto,
I don't know if you were watching that video with studio speakers, headphones, phone speakers, or a sub woofer but with my standard audio technica headphones on a completely normal volume, watching that video and hearing that obnoxiously loud audio, literally gave me a headache.
My first reason for denying your appeal is that you somehow, physically inconvenienced someone through digital media.
Secondly, you were on a probation period, and should of been extremely careful of your actions, thinking thrice, which you did not do.
Thirdly, this is your now third+ perm ban from the servers and or discord, you obviously don't learn.
Denied.
Reapply in no less than 6 months time from now.
