Hi.
I am requesting to be unbanned off CT.
I joined today and realized I was not able to join CT. I checked forums, and it says I am perm banned for being a "DUPLICATE", when I am not. I was banned because I share the same IP as someone else who was CT banned.

Isn't this the second time this happened?
Maybe sort things out with Hyst so this doesn't happen again......
