I Was Banned For Smoking a Ct That Was Stacking When i was on ct first, I tried to tell him to get off ct but he was too absent minded to hop off so i ct smoked him. If this isnt a valid reason of an unban, i dont know what is.

Well have you read the rules?
You can’t smoke your own teammate while being ct unless there is a active Massey going on

Hi,
No this is not an appropriate time to CT smoke. The only time is where a CT is actively massfreekilling. Being that this is your 5th ctban and second for ctsmoking, I recommend reading the rules in order to understand such cases in future.
