are ts allowed to smoke a ct during an lr i.e backstab rebel?

Its a Backstab Rebel. Ts shouldn't be using any other weapon unless they declare it is a custom LR. If the T does decide to do a custom LR which involves smoking each other an Admin will have to spawn in smokes for everyone involved in the LR to make it fair. Sums things up, Ts aren't allowed to smoke CTs unless its a custom LR and it is fair.
