To finish the climb, quaddeh would have had to been on the last step of climb and/or determined by the rules had been at the end of the tube of on the flower spray. All quaddeh did was jump on the tube this is not finishing climb. Therefor you ordered the CT's to kill t's that were doing the race properly before anyone had finished. And for the last part of the video when you explained that you only killed 3 t's this is correct, Although the forth was free killed due to your orders, this means you got 4 t's free killed. I apologise for misreading console it was infact four. I know this for a fact, as I was in a discord call with quaddeh and he clearly explained to me after the incident that his intentions were not to even finish the climb, they were to do a new jump. I assume that this is the reason why you did not show qauddeh POV in the video as you realised later that he had not infact finish the race but had jumped onto the tube which is technically falling because he wasn't attention the intended climb. In summary quaddeh did not finish the race, and you ordered CT's to kill t's that were not rebelling and were doing the race properly. Because of this I believe you should keep your punishment and I hope you are more aware and careful in the future.

Blah Blah Blah edited video aside your dumb for thinking that we wouldn't review the raw footage of what transpired here.
Now onto your video. While well edited you failed to show some of the most crucial evidence quaddeh actually participating in the race as this actually shows the proper timeline of events including when you decided to kill the T's. for your convienece ive decided to do the dirty work for you lest you cut out the information again ;) https://youtu.be/9aTCmdfac7A
Now can you please explain to me how being halfway up the tube towards the finish line is considered "finishing" as it stands you cut out the actual race as it were considering Quaddeh was a clear favorite from the start you said it yourself "Quaddeh will probably win this" He had the lead from the first bhops why not kill them then and there? He had not even finished half of the shortcut when you decided that he had won and even by the end of the clip he STILL had not finished the climb how can you justify this?
Now addressing the specifics of the ban the amount of kills is honestly a non factor. Yes you technically only killed 3 players yet as the warden it is your responsibility for kills done on behalf of your fellow CT's who are following orders. Yes they should have brains and think for themselves too but if something is not obviously wrong we will not punish them for those actions as it was your decision making that led to all of the deaths.
For future creating cleverly edited videos that are designed to mislead the reviewing staff is not smart and could potentially lead to you getting a longer ban but in this case ill let the ban stand for the originally implemented length of 3 days, And i shall leave this post open for you to respond should you feel you have enough compelling truthful evidance that should make me change my mind.
