Reason for the ban : In regards to this following incident where a T has used the fire warrior perk provided by the VIP system, in order to activate the elevator. Mass Killings have occurred twice since, because of this the rollback does not affect any map properties like elevators as such another Mass Killing of T’s has yet again occurred. For this reason, no records of any actions such as bans has not been taken.
However, to the exemption that this following user has been banned a few minutes later however under the exemption of spoiling one of the most anticipated summer blockbusters of 2019: Avengers Endgame. (Because all retarded DC fanboys like to do that and think Shazam! will kill the MCU) As I personally objectify these types of bans based on mainstream successes. It is the public's interest to keep the general public safe from spoiler-based material.
The following users who were involved with the incident have either not looked in either the admin announcements or the private messages provided by the admin team themselves. From there the user decides to provide a fallacy that he had not looked at the following sections in which it clearly states on why the map function has still been activated during the massacres.
At this stage it is whether debatable if this is uncontrollable due to the nature of the elevator on the map. Or whether they do not have any foresight to see if it was taken to the above surface. As a result, this tends to be a common mistake when a team of Counter Terrorists does the same activity and resolves in killing the latter without knowing if anyone has reached the goal.
Any third parties involved with the Mass Shootings will be available upon request.

Thanks for the ban request LeBeau.
Looking at the evidence, Shouts has blatantly disregarded the Trial Mods rollback (because of the fire warrior) and continued to spray into the Ts. In conclusion, Shouts will be receiving a 2 week CT ban, from the day his server ban is over. Thanks for the amount of detail you have put into this application by the way.
