I am more so judging the fact there's a difference between the 2 mutes when there shouldn't be. Who do you expect to “train” new staff? We've had 5 serious staff applications in the last almost 2 months. J-Money was muted 7 times in 20 minutes which is what resulted in his long mute. Sounds like you're shitty for getting punished for doing something wrong... Seems your break did not help you. As I said. Staff receive more support now than they ever did before, you expect the more experienced staff to drop everything, spend their time mentoring whilst also actively playing the server etc. This is unreasonable, this isn't a job, they don't get paid. Maybe there is a problem but creating bad threads like this clearly created from emotion without providing proper solutions etc. does nothing except start drama, which is what I think is exactly what you're trying to do. I'm sorry if my post doesn't justify it for you. I'm just trying to show why this scenario and others like it are possibly not out of malice to certain players on the server. It makes it difficult on a limited amount of staff members when several players are mic spamming in succession, including but not limited to the original poster of this thread. RE: Staff Discussion Request - dugglez - 18-10-2020 don't listen to him admins get paid 25 cents per mute!!! The point of this was to ask for staff to be either trained more or to start accepting more experienced staff. If its unreasonable to ask for you to spend just ~1 hour just talking to your wave of new, less experienced staff about how to be a better, fairer and more fun staff, what makes au jb enjoyable and other basic guideline things then i dont know what to say to you. read the title of the post "staff discussion request" Pls listen to what ur players are actually saying instead of what you want to hear. Eventually we will run out of new vip things to release. How ever Gada the more you talk the less you convince people on your point. |
